As a veteran of our nation's military and an experienced professional in the cybersecurity industry, I have gained a profound understanding of the critical importance of information security for any organization. My journey has taught me that while techniques, tools, and compliance frameworks are essential, the true linchpin of a successful cybersecurity program is the right talent in the right positions.
